¡¡¡¡In June, the company selected and sent 14 outstanding business chiefs from various job posts of various departments to participate in training class aiming at training of basic/middle-level management cadre of the enterprise. The purpose of the training is to strengthen construction of the employees’ contingent and to realize middle/long-term reserve of human resources.
