July 6, Director of BOC Zhejiang Branch Ceng Xiaoping and his team came to Futong Shareholding for investigation. Accompanied by President Wang Jianyi, Ceng Xiaping and his team visited the preformed bar of optical fiber production site and optical fiber drawing working procedure of the company, and carried out symposium.
During the visit, President Wang Jianyi introduced to Ceng Xiaping and his team about fully-synthetic preformed bar of optical fiber technology, which was firstly developed in China by Futong Shareholding. At the same time, Futong Shareholding mastered production technology of G.652C, G.652D, G.655 and bend-resistant FTTH special types fibers, independently researched and developed innovated preformed bar of optical fiber production equipment, greatly increased the equipment running speed, and carried out revolutionary innovation in respect of reaction, gas supply, exhausting, control and core system, upgraded the products quality, optimized production technology, and greatly reduced equipment investment and production cost.
Director of bank Ceng Xiaping highly appraised that the research project of new technology of preformed bar of optical fiber was listed into “863-plan” and undertaking the important state task, and also highly appraised that the new technology of preformed bar of optical fiber shortened distance between China’s optical telecommunication industry and the international optical telecommunication industry, and then impacting the international market, defining position of China’s optical telecommunication industry in international competition.
